I guess it's good news for hoops that people are that excited about the single-game tickets to warrant the hold times.  Of course, my sister was snarky and said, "It is possible the lines were tied up with people demanding refunds on their football tickets."

Try calling the ticket office - that's what I had to do.  Be prepared to be on hold for 25 minutes.

To buy UConn or Kentucky tix, you have to buy the three-game plan. The other games you can just buy one game.
