That, in essence, removes 20% of the list from consideration.
If we compare McElwain's recruiting to that of prior UF coaches, and look at the % of top in-state talent that went to UF, it is misleading because 20% of those recruits aren't truly Florida players. They went to Notre Dame, Va. Tech, OSU, LSU, UGa; schools that they had ties to before they spent one or two years at IMG.
