I think Foley and Machen will make a move before the new Pres arrives.  The new pres may be read in, but the decision will be made before he gets here.   Machen is smart enough not to stick the new President with that burden.  It will be hard enough to take on an operation as big as Florida without having the burden of dealing with a very publicly visible personnel matter.

I strongly suspect that the preliminary decision is well underway.  If you want a heads up, watch Foley’s travel schedule for the next month or so.
