Vegas sports book picks FSU, UF early favorites among state schools

Las Vegas sports book the Golden Nugget released 250 early odds for the upcoming college football season and Florida and Florida State are favorites in many of those matchups.

According to the odds maker, Florida State is a double-digit favorite in six of the nine games picked. The Seminoles are underdogs in two games – Clemson (Oct. 19) and Florida (Nov. 30).

Florida is the favorite in six of the nine games picked with the Gators being the underdogs in three of those games – LSU (Oct. 12), Georgia (Nov. 2) and South Caroina (Nov. 16).

Miami is the favorite in only one of its four game picked – at USF (Sept. 28) – with one of the games being a pick 'em against North Carolina on Oct. 17. UCF is a 14-point underdog to South Carolina (Sept. 28) and an 11-point underdog to Louisville (Oct. 18).

USF is an underdog in all three of its games picked.
