I think there will be an ethical dilemma for him if he goes anywhere for several years. The dilemma comes from a recruiting advantage he might have from his four years of building relationships with recruits while being paid to be the Florida coach.
I am not sure that he will go anywhere for a while. I believe that most contract buyouts cease to pay if the person takes another job in the same profession. Most DC jobs would pay only a fraction of his Florida contract.

There might be terms in his buyout that prohibit him from taking a job at certain schools. Just throwing that out there because I don't know if that is the case.
BTW would anyone think it would be unethical on his part if he took the Auburn or Texas A&M DC job?
