I have looked at the iPad version. I am not sure that there is much value from this app. First Gatorzone cannot really do much with recruiting because of NCAA rules. The sports audio feed has little value because it is available elsewhere for free. If the app contained Gatorvison at a free or reduced rate, then it would be valuable. The only value-added feature is access to archived video clips many that are already for free at the website.

Florida Launches Suite of Mobile Apps
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Official Mobile Applications of Gator athletics are now available in both the iTunes Store and Google Play, the University Athletic Association and its digital media partner NeuLion announced on Monday.
Both free and paid mobile applications for the iPhone and Android ($4.99 for premium version) are available and include the latest news, scores, schedules, photo galleries and rosters from GatorZone.com. Fans can upgrade to the premium app in order to watch on-demand video content and listen to live events.
The fully customized iPad application will be available for $7.99. There is not a free version of this application. The iPad version will include access to news, schedules, scores, photos, rosters, Twitter feeds, on-demand video, live audio and select live HD streaming video.
