Jelani is a 6-0, 237 redshirt junior Linebacker from Olney, Md. (Our Lady Good Counsel HS) who has played in 27 games, with 23 starts, recording 153 tackles (90 solo) with 11.5 tackles for loss, 4.0 sacks, seven pass breakups, two interceptions, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
