Yep, I expect both teams to be middle of the pack at best.
Even their home field noise is something we won't be afraid of.
I think it will come down to a second year program having the advantage over a first year program.

--Well, its not like they haven't been beaten there regularly by Big 12 teams.They are former Big 12! They can't compare that to SEC level of play and defense. The Big 12 doesn't play defense... TAM is in for a culture shock. I don't expect TAM or Mizzou to make much noise in the SEC for a couple of years at least. They might be the 4th, probably 5th best team in the east, and could end up the 6th. Not worried. They should be.
