RE: [gatortalk] Game 1 observations

I saw the posters but couldn't see what was on it but apparently one of the symbols is a magic eight ball. Wonder what it means?

I think they toned down the intercom music due to many complaints from season ticket holders, and I've read at least three or four other people mention it.

Fun atmosphere and reasonable temperature, no rain, barely any penalties, players competing hard and having a good time, no injuries apparent and lots of scoring. This is what you call a great game in the swamp regardless of the opponent! We just have to keep doing it.

I noticed the coaches calling in signals with poster boards that had four pictures on each side. Anybody know anything about this new system?

They got a new grownup cheerleader to lead the pregame orange and blue cheer. For years it was this middle aged white guy. Now they've got a younger, fitter looking black guy.

Loved that they shot off fireworks after every td. Hope they keep It up.

Amplified noise level was much better than last year (or maybe my hearing is worse-but it wasn't as obnoxious as last year.)
