I wonder if parents need to sign for Brigham Young athletes?

Apparently not binding by NCAA rules. Legally you can sign a contract and be bound to it at 18. Not sure how NCAA trumps that by requiring parental consent even if over 18.

Not technically a legal adult till you graduate HS correct?
