Recruiting is taking a hit for 2 main reasons:
1) they want proof that the offense and the team overall is gonna turn around.
2) they want to know that the coaches recruiting them will be there next year.

As I looked at the number of de-commits and misses this recruiting season and our current rankings, it is clear that this season is a make or break season for Coach DAWG. Unlike recent years, with a good season, we will likely finish strong. With a weak or average season, we will likely have a subpar recruiting class unless Foley pulls the plug early if we have a weak start AND we can get a strong coach.
