The Countdown to is getting off to a slow start this year, as #99 and #98 are both open roster spots, so it seems like a good place to welcome our new WR coach, Joker Phillips. The former Kentucky head coach has 25 years experience in coaching wide receivers and calling offensive plays and appears to be a great addition to the staff, who could take over the OC duties when Coach Pease gets promoted:
