Oh yeah John we found that elevator right away! There is also another one at the opposite end around section 204.

If you are at one end, there is an elevator right below section 220 that is not very clearly marked that lets out right near one of the Men's rooms.
It's behind an unmarked door, near the stairs that go up to Section 220.
