Kid gets his scholarship yanked due to injury, and the Gainesville Sun says he left the team to focus on his studies.

Former walk-on wide receiver Case Harrison, a Gainesville High graduate who was awarded a scholarship a year ago, has quit the team and is looking to transfer.

Harrison, a redshirt junior, missed preseason camp after undergoing hernia surgery. He made the decision to leave after he learned Monday his scholarship was not being renewed.
