Harvin never played a full season... he was always out for migraine's or suspensions.  IF he had played a full season, he probably still would not have made it.  He wasn't just a receiver.  A lot of his touches came in the running game as well.

Does this mean that Urban had Percy Harvin and never broke a 1,000?

Given that SECG stats and bowl stats now count toward season totals (and did not back in the 90s), how is this possible.

It has been awhile. The Gators had an amazing stretch under Steve Spurrier where they had nine 1,000-yard receivers in seven years. The year after Spurrier left, Taylor Jacobs caught 1,088 yards worth of passes.
He's the last Florida receiver to have a 1,000-yard season.
