I always naively thought they didn’t show so many replays because the fans would get too rowdy if they felt a bad call had been made.

Yes, let's also hear the bands instead of overly-loud Top 40 songs blaring over speakers not meant for music! The only time I want non-band music is when the opening video is playing.
