I would love to know the answers to your questions to! If the testimony from Wright that was made is public record, then why can't the NCAA use this against scUM? I've been laughing at their whole argument as well. Their point is that they are not disputing Wright's testimony, just the way that it was gathered. I guess there's a good reason I'm not a lawyer. ;-)
