Thanks for the tip Richard...we'll try to get over there too.  Commander's Palace is on the top of the list though.  i get to go to pick the game and GatorMom picks the eats!  She's a a great seafood fan though so it'll likely be a hit too.

I t is not fancy but is a favorite of locals (and me) and has been going for 50 years. I head there every time I am in NOLA.
