That was really painful! The offense played poorly and Pease had no schematic answers for what the UGA defensive coaches brought to the game, even if our players had been able to execute. But that's just how it goes. This team has already exceeded my expectations this year, and I think we all knew that we weren't really going to take this offense all the way to the BCSCG or anything. Thinking about the SECCG was fun while it lasted, though, and I'll enjoy watching our guys play the rest of the season. I think the reflection for me with this loss, is that I realize I would rather be 8-4 if UGA and FSU were two of the eight, than to be 10-2 if UGA and FSU were the two. It's not rational, I know, but I really, really HATE losing to UGA. Anyway, I too think this team has a bright future.RobSent from my iPad--Not so simple. This is the team everybody hoped would go two and two for October.We played pretty well to almost win even after 6 turnovers.To play for? We can still get a pretty decent bowl game. And, yes, we can still beat the semis.We didn't beat Ga. So what? We've been playing over our heads all year. We were rattled in this game from the start an still almost pulled it off.I see a good future for this team.

How they respond? To what? Missouri? Louisiana?
Turnovers cost us. Maybe they wake up... and what? They beat fsu? Good season. Over achieved. Or did they? They gave this one away.... and no worse team on the planet to do that against.
So what now? We do what uga's Qb did and root and tweet for ol' miss? Auburn?
We shoulda taken care of business. PERIOD.
It's simple. WE played like violators.
