I am pretty sure it does not. I have driven through Starke many times and never noticed anything that resembled a bridge. In fact, I am heading down tomorrow from PA and will be going through Starke.

I'm not that familiar with that area though. If you saw the map of the
proposed detour you'll they are going to send people headed south either
east or west on I-10 so 301 will draw a lot of traffic.
