Florida's Orange and Blue Debut game Friday night was about more than just the current roster.

With more than 40 high school prospects on campus, the Gators made enough of an impression on one of them to pick up a verbal commitment Friday night.

An hour after the game, four-star Miami Southridge tight end Kemore Gamble verbally committed to Florida's 2017 class. He confirmed his commitment to the Gators on his Twitter account.

After not signing a tight end in the 2016 class, the Gators have made the position an area of focus.

The 6-foot-3, 225-pound Gamble, who decommitted from Miami on March 8th, brings Florida's 2017 class to four verbal commitments.
