[gatortalk] Fwd: [gatornews] [SUN]: UF basketball trip to Bahamas set

It is always a pleasure to kick the stuffings out of Georgetown. BTW, in the dew shortened game on the deck of the USS Bataan, Florida was killing The Hoyas at halftime.

Florida will open the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament in the Bahamas against a traditional basketball powerhouse.
The Gators will face Georgetown in the first game of the three-game tournament on Nov. 26 at 9:30 p.m. on AXS TV at an arena inside the Paradise Island resort. AXS is not available on Cox Cable in Gainesville, but is available on Dish Network, DirecTV and other satellite and cable providers.
In the eight-team tournament, Florida is in the same bracket with Wisconsin-UAB (7 p.m. Nov. 26), setting up a possible rematch between the Gators and Badgers. The two schools played last year in Madison,Wis., with Wisconsin beating Florida 59-53.
Georgetown returns two starters from a team that went 18-15 and lost in the second round of the NIT to Florida State last season. The Gators and Hoyas last played an official game 2006, with Florida beating Georgetown 57-53 in a classic Sweet 16 that was decided by a falling-down baseline drive by Corey Brewer. The two schools also squared off in November of 2012 in the ill-fated game on the deck of the USS Bataan in Jacksonville that was called at halftime due to condensation issues on the court.
