Yes, it’s true. It happened in Winter Haven last night, he was a passenger in a Jeep that went off the road and ended upside down in a drainage ditch with about three feet of standing water. Miraculously, another passenger in the back seat survived but is suffering from hypothermia. He was able to just keep his head above water for three to four hours. They left a bar at 2 AM and never made it to a friend’s house. TJ graduated from FSU two weeks ago. Very sad.
