Ed, Bill, and everyone else,

I was hoping that this would die of its own accord, as similar threads have often done. Although it may have been heading in that direction, just in case, for the good of the membership at large, I'm stepping in to ask that we all move on.

This is a fairly self moderating group since membership is controlled and most everyone here has a history of respecting, or at least tolerating others' viewpoints.
