Yesterday while participating in a non-contact drill, Florida star defensive tackle Dominique Easley injured his knee.
At this time, no one outside the program can be 100% sure how serious the knee injury actually is.
Easley himself hinted he could be out for the year by tweeting: "Gatornation thank you for all of 4 yrs of sticking with me but god has something else planned for and have no worries #believe."
Coach Muschamp was not ready to jump to any conclusions just yet. The Gators head coach explained on the weekly SEC coach's conference call that his senior defensive tackle "tweaked" his knee during a non-contact drill.

"We think he'll be fine. We just need more information right now," Said Muschamp.
So far in the young 2013 season, Easley has four quarterback hurries, and two tackles for a loss.
This would be a major blow to the Gators. Last week the team lost Jeff Driskel to a season ending injury. Easley is a team leader; if he is out there will be a huge void to fill. Players who will be called upon will be Damien Jacobs, Cummings, and Jay-nard Bostwick.
