Someone tell me why today isn't Senior Day since this is the last game.
Is it because of Mother's Day?

Top-ranked Florida used a career-high 16 strikeouts from junior left-hander Delanie Gourley to hold Arkansas at bay Saturday and did all the damage the Gators would need with a four-run third inning in posting a 5-0 win before a Senior Day crowd of 1,679 at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.
Gourley (18-3) allowed only two hits and did not walk a batter in improving to 18-3 with a complete-game win, as UF improved to 51-4 overall and 19-4 in SEC play. Arkansas fell to 17-38 overall and 1-22, while UF clinched the series on the heels of Friday's 9-0, run-rule win.
"I thought we did a good job of making some adjustments and getting a couple of hits," UF coach Tim Walton said. "Overall it was an emotional day, and I thought we did a good job of being able to pick the seniors up and play hard for them.
"Not only did I see Delanie Gourley throw the best game that I've seen her throw in SEC play as many strikeouts as she had, but just to come out here and actually feel that feeling of winning an SEC Championship on your field. I thought that was really special."
Seniors Kelsey Stewart, Kirsti Merritt, Taylor Schwarz, Aubree Munro and Taylor Fuller were each honored in a pregame ceremony and all started for UF.
Stewart started things in the third with a sharp single with one out, and freshman Amanda Lorenz followed with a single and took second while Stewart advanced to third on the throw from the outfield.
Sophomore Kayli Kvistad lined a single off the glove of Arkansas starter Grace Moll (12-30) to score both runners for a 2-0 Florida lead, and Merritt then stepped to the plate and hit a no-doubter to left-center for a two-run homer to make it 4-0.
UF added a final run when sophomore Nicole DeWitt led off the sixth with an infield hit, was sacrificed to second by Munro, took third on a wild pitch and scored on junior Justine McLean's single.
"I'm like emotionally drained," Munro said. "Kelsey Horton, who was a senior our freshman year, was here and just seeing the layers of former players and all that still around.
"When each senior got called off the field, I started getting tears, and I was like 'You can't be tearing up on the field; you've got to keep playing.' I think today showed just how special this group is and how special this program is to all of us."
Kvistad and DeWitt each went 2-for-3 at the plate to pace the Gators.
The teams close out the regular season today at 1 p.m.
"I would say this day was very fitting," Stewart said. "Yesterday we clinched the SEC, so just being out here and being able to have fun and really do what our class does, which is win championships."
