A third member from Florida's 2012 recruiting class is leaving early for the NFL.

Left tackle D.J. Humphries will forgo his senior season and enter the draft, sources told The Sun. 

Defensive end Dante Fowler Jr. and running back Matt Jones both made the same decision a few weeks ago. Two more juniors, defensive tackle Jonathan Bullard and linebacker Antonio Morrison, are also considering early exits.

Humphries, Rivals.com's No. 2 overall recruit for 2012, was the highest-ranked signee in Florida's consensus top-five class. He played in every game as a true freshman, starting three times and earning a spot on the SEC coaches' All-Freshman first team.

Humphries made six starts in seven games last year before suffering a season-ending knee injury. He missed the second and third game of this season with a high-ankle sprain but started the other nine games. 

His departure leaves UF with only eight returning offensive linemen for 2015 and just one upperclassman, Trip Thurman. Junior guard Tyler Moore is also entering the draft, while Nolan Kelleher (back) and Drew Sarvary (concussion) have been placed on medical hardship.

The Gators currently have three offensive line verbal commitments — Mike Horton, Tyler Jordan and Brandon Sandifer — and are looking to add at least three prospects at the position, including Apopka five-star tackle Martez Ivey, who is down to Auburn and Florida.
