Regardless of whether athletes "should" be employees, the question remains whether they "are."

So far, one Federal judge has ruled that they are.

I would love to read an article that explains the Federal definition of employee (I know the Florida definition) and analyze whether NCAA Division I athletes meet that definition. It would be far more enlightening than whether they "ought" to be employees.
