They arrested him, but trial isn’t until April. He posted bail immediately. No jail time yet.

If you recall, a crazy nut Alabama Fan, Harvey Updyke, poisoned the trees a couple of years ago, after Auburn beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa…

 

Despite all efforts, the trees have not survived.
