Dayton, Ohio-- University of Dayton students are arrested by the hundreds for violence after Dayton was beaten mercilessly at the hands of the Florida Gators.
Thousands of students flooded out of the UD Arena and attacked a school bus, turning it over and setting it on fire.
They were chanting, "We was robbed! We was robbed!" and "DU Sucks! DU Sucks!" as the long night of looting and rioting wore on…
BTW, thanks are due to me and Shane for upholding the Gatortalk tradition, driving to Memphis, and helping the Mighty Gators beat a determined UCLA team!

Thousands take to street to celebrate Dayton win
THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
DAYTON, Ohio -- University of Dayton students are becoming known for their rowdy street parties celebrating the latest basketball win — and Thursday night was no exception.
After hundreds of students showed up at UD Arena to watch the Flyers beat Stanford on big screens, thousands thronged the streets around campus to celebrate the team's first NCAA Elite Eight appearance in three decades.
Police said some bottles and cans were thrown at police in riot gear trying to disperse the dancing and screaming crowds. Dayton police reported 28 arrests on campus.
The Dayton Daily News reports that emergency crews responded to a roof collapse on a porch near campus, but there were no details about injuries.
The Flyers will play the University of Florida in the next round of the tournament on Saturday.
