From what's been rumored and reading between the lines, there was evidence that contradicted her story, particularly texts she had sent to Treon and he turned over to the police investigators. Draw your own conclusions, but I'm guessing she is the one that will end up being out at UF.

I think it depends if why charges were dropped. If the complainant was afraid to take it further (fear of publicity, etc) he should have to go through UF's processes. If he was unjustly accused and she admits she lied, then he should be reinstated immediately.
