When I read about it I was hoping UF would rise above the thump thump music and continue our unique experience. 

I guess I/we are the minority.

All SEC stadiums are doing that now.  They got permission from the SEC/NCAA to do it.

We're just like the NFL now.  Or…  the Arena League!  This is part of that "enhanced fan experience" they were talking about.
