Oh yeah, I was definitely pulling for MSU. Auburn may not be the first team I would choose to beat FSU, but they're the SEC's only shot. It would be nice to finish up the BCS era with the SEC's winning streak intact, so now I can at least care who wins the game. I'm not even sure I could have made myself watch an OSU-FSU game. It's hard to watch when you want both teams to lose.

Obviously Auburn doesn't have a great defense and they barely beat Georgia. So are they a team of destiny or just a flash in the pan, sort of a Florida Gulf Coast that's risen above its talent level temporarily, but is soon to come crashing back to earth?

I will always appreciate what Urban Meyer did for the University of Florida.  BUT I am an SEC fan.  I wanted Alabama to beat Auburn because I felt that Alabama would be a shoe in for the championship game and I really want the SEC to win the championship game.  When Auburn won, I thought we were out of the picture, but our only hope was that either Duke or Michigan State would win.  After Duke missed their first scoring opportunity, and F$U finally got going, that left Michigan State as the remaining straw to grasp.  Who would have believed that Urban Meyer would try for a fourth and 2!

Now the question is can Auburn beat F$U?
