This video shows a blatant abuse of police powers, no reason to arrest at all in this situation and I didn't see where he wasn't cooperating.  If anything the deputy needs to be ticketed for littering  as he flings an empty bottle off his car at the end.

You have to wonder, how would this situation have been handled in Tuscaloosa? Tallahassee?Columbus? Athens, etc.

And what basis does the Sheriff's rep have for calling the situation chaos?

5 white deputies arresting an unarmed man who is not resisting arrest?

I can't reach any conclusion other than this being thfgt motivated.
