Something pretty neat happened in our area today. The Gator band
en-route to Miami stopped at Vero Beach High School for a 3 hour
practice session at the Vero High football field. The Vero high band
director has close ties with UF band director Jay Watkins which brought
this about. The Gator band also stopped at Vero in 2009 on their way to
NC game against OK.
