I know we are all excited about the Gators being 6-0 with USCe coming to town Saturday.

 

But I wanted pass along the conversation on Sports Talk Radio this afternoon in Jacksonville.

 

One of the co-hosts is Rick Ballou who went to FSU and use to be on the radio in Tallahassee.

 

He appears to be clued in on the inner workings of the FSU athletic department.

 

He basically said that Jimbo Fisher has NO FRIENDS in Tallahassee, either in the Athletic Dept., Boosters or Assistant Coaches.

 

Specifically Jimbo Fisher is condescending to the Boosters and has backed out at the last minute on many functions he had previously committed to.

 

He has nearly come to blows with several of his assistants, especially his DC Mark Stoops…

 

The loss to NC State was bad but he offended many of his last few supporters in Tallahassee by throwing everyone else under the bus and not taking responsibility for the outcome of the game.

 

Ballou went as far as to call him a bad person who is a total jerk, basically who can get away with being a jerk when you win championships, which he has not done, but if things like the NC State loss happen again, he may not have anyone to support him left in Tallahassee…

 

I thought it was very interesting….
